How your home visit works — step by step
From your first enquiry to treatment on the day, here is exactly what to expect. There is no obligation at any stage, and no payment is taken when you request a quote.

We'll call or email to talk it through and arrange a time — within 1–2 working days, or sooner for urgent cases.
Pay a deposit to book
Once we've spoken and agreed a plan, a small deposit secures your appointment — and it comes off your total treatment cost.

We come to you, bring everything needed, and confirm the plan in person. Where possible, treatment is done in the same visit — and nothing happens without your say-so.

Photos of the teeth and mouth — including any breaks, loose teeth, swellings or sore areas — help us plan the visit and bring the right equipment.
