Exactly what happens on a home dental visit, from the knock at the door to your written care plan.
A home visit is simpler than most people expect. Here is what happens.
- We arrive with everything. A dentist and nurse bring a full portable surgery — the same instruments and materials as a clinic, in a set of cases.
- We talk first. We ask about your health and what is troubling you, and take a look.
- You get a clear plan. We explain the options and the price before anything is done — no pressure.
- Treatment, if you want it. Most things — check-ups, fillings, dentures, extractions, hygiene — can be done there and then, at your pace.
- A written care plan. We leave you with a plan and arrange any referral needed.
We do not take X-rays at home; where one is needed we arrange it. Everything else happens at your bedside.
